To get spears in Manor Lords, you have to craft them at a Blacksmith’s Workshop using iron slabs and planks. To gain access to the Blacksmith’s Workshop, you need to build a level 2 Burgage plot, however.
Spears aren’t the hardest item to craft in Manor Lords, though it will take you a few hours before you can unlock them. This is because they are only craftable at the Blacksmith’s Workshop, which first requires you to level up a Burgage plot.
